Complaints

Our aim is to provide excellent service, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong.

For complaints relating to listing, selling and leasing, click here to download our In-House Complaints Procedure.

At any time, you may access the Real Estate Authority’s complaints process without first using our in-house complaints procedure; and any use of our in-house procedure does not preclude you from making a complaint to the Authority.
